FSANA Int'l Flight School Operators Conference On Schedule For March 3-5, 2021

Over 25 Multi-Track Sessions To Choose From

The flight school business is one of the few that seems both intent and surprisingly successful in surviving the excruciating effects of the pandemic.

As such, the community is readying a critically important get-together to takes notes and learn from each other as well as a great line-up of speakers and instructors in just a few more weeks.

Flight school operators, chief flight instructors, and persons considering opening a flight school should take special note of the upcoming International Flight School Operators Conference. The Flight School Association of North America (FSANA) annual event 2021 edition is being held at the Rosen Plaza Hotel in Orlando, Florida.

Attendees will have over 25 multi-track sessions to choose from during mornings and afternoons March 4-5. Evenings are left open to explore Orlando. A preview day, Wednesday, March 3, includes an attendee reception and dinner and two afternoon sessions—a mentoring session and a session on flight school accreditation.

Registration includes exhibit hall admission, two full days of sessions and round tables specific to flight school operations and doing business, lunches, and the preview sessions, reception and dinner. Vendors, suppliers, government agencies and professionals from the training industry are present to share tools, resources and strategies for doing business in the field of flight training.

According to Robert Rockmaker, FSANA president and CEO, “Anyone in the business of flight training should attend in order to learn, network, and meet supply chain partners and others who interface with their industry. For 2021 we have increased the number of education tracks to meet the increased demand for additional content in the ever-changing world of flight training.”

The mentoring session on Wednesday afternoon entitled "I Am New Here and Starting a Flight School" is intended for conference registrants who are interested in starting, or who have just started, a new school. Some of the most successful school owners and managers in the industry will be on hand to inspire and give advice.

The conference's organizer, FSANA, is the only association of its kind dedicated solely to the flight training industry.

And, yes... ANN will be there... see you then!
