VIP Interior Was Designed By Studio Lanzavecchia + Wai
AgustaWestland, in conjunction with the Latin American Business Aviation Conference & Exhibition, unveiled to South American customers a VIP cabin option for the soon-to-be certified AW169 and has announced a new partner in providing in-flight entertainment systems.
Designated ‘Stream’, the innovative VIP interior was designed by Studio Lanzavecchia + Wai, selected in a dedicated contest in Italy earlier this year.
The partnership with Custom Control Concepts allows AW169 passengers and operators a true VIP experience through the robust SkyOne in-flight entertainment systems with real-time flight status and navigation information.
Twelve Ethernet ports offer connection to any combination of displays and switch panels for seamless connectivity throughout the cabin. Provisions are available for many custom device options including: HD video, stereo audio, video recording, satellite communications, cameras, lighting and shade control.
Jason Danforth, CCC’s Vice President Business Development, said “We are delighted to partner with AgustaWestland for the AW169 VIP helicopter in providing a cutting edge In-Flight Entertainment and Cabin Management solution. We wanted to provide AgustaWestland with an IFE/CMS product that would truly differentiate their product offerings while also delivering the end customer an exciting and unique VIP experience.”
