PURSUANT TO 14 CFR 91.137(A)(1), TEMPORARY FLIGHT RESTRICTIONS ARE IN EFFECT WITHIN THE FOLLOWING AREA, BLOCK 02 FROM SURFACE TO 10000 FEET MSL FOR AVALANCHE CONTROL: ONLY RELIEF ACFT OPERATIONS UNDER THE DIRECTION OF ANCHORAGE ARTCC(ZAN) ARE AUTHORIZED IN THE AIRSPACE FROM 605440N 1490830W TO 605640N 1490520W TO 605240N 1485640W TO 605130N 1490040W THENCE FOLLOWING SEWARD HIGHWAY IN A NORTHWESTERLY DIRECTION TO POINT OF BEGINNING. STATE OF ALASKA DOT TEL:(907)783-2772 IS IN CHARGE OF THE OPERATION. KENAI AFSS(ENA) IS THE FAA COORDINATING FACILITY, TEL:(907)283-8469.
