GDC Wins Two Boeing 787 Completion Contracts

Will Perform Work On 'Head Of State' Dreamliners

Gore Design Completions, Ltd. (GDC) announced winning an international competition to perform completions work on two Boeing B787 Head of State aircraft. Mohammed Alzeer, the General Partner at GDC, made the announcement during the NBAA 2013 Business Aviation Convention & Exhibition this week in Las Vegas, Nevada.

“We are very excited about this new contract,” Mr. Alzeer said, “the Dreamliner is the most sophisticated and technologically advanced aircraft in service today. Winning this contract against tough international competition shows that GDC is truly a world leader in Head of State and VIP aircraft completions.”

Mr. Alzeer added that 2013 is a banner year for GDC, “We are on track to deliver an industry record of four aircraft this year (three wide-body Airbus A340’s and one BBJ3). In addition, we have finalized our restructuring plans that involve earmarking a new company-wide ERP solution, acquiring Catia software for the engineering department, and completing our global expansion strategy. We are also working with our suppliers to ensure they are ready to support GDC’s future expansion plans.”

Headquartered in San Antonio, Texas, Gore Design Completions, Ltd. (GDC) is a major aircraft modification center with full capabilities to design, engineer, build, install and certify innovative custom interiors for private, corporate and Head of State aircraft with maximum quality.
