Police in Redlands (CA) say it may have been a case of mistaken
identity, after a plane crash at the Redlands airport last

According to police reports, the pilot told officers that the
newly gravelled area between the runways looked like part of the
runway and he made a complaint about it.
Police said there were no injuries, but the aircraft (type
unknown) was seriously damaged.
