Flight Options Offers Smaller Share Of Larger Jets

Need Room To Stretch Out?

Need a bigger jet for those long trips, or when you want to transport your whole family? Flight Options announced Monday that current owners can now buy a 25 hour share in the Legacy.

"A 1/32nd share in the Legacy is ideal for providing our owners with the supplemental hours they desire in a large cabin aircraft," said Cameron Gowans, chief marketing officer of Flight Options, LLC in a news release. "By offering a 25-hour share option, we are further demonstrating to our owners that we are dedicated to providing them with the most options to meet their travel needs."

The Legacy is a beautiful aircraft, seating up to 13 passengers in comfort in a 1,410 cubic foot cabin. There is walk-in access to the 240 cubic feet of baggage space through the well-appointed lavatory. It's not just beautiful, it's quite capable, with a maximum cruise of 518 mph and a range of up to 3565 n.m.

Flight Options is the only fractional provider to offer the Legacy, which entered the fleet in 2003. The cost is $684,375 for a five year term, and Flight Options offers lower rates for longer trips. Trips of at least three hours will be charged the same price as a mid-size Hawker 800XP.

Individuals must own at least a 50 hour share to qualify for the purchase of a 1/32nd Legacy share. Flight Options also offers its owners a 1/32nd share option in the Beechjet 400A/Hawker 400XP and Hawker 800XP in addition to their current Flight Options share.

Flight Options is based in Cleveland, Ohio. They offer a variety of programs and a large fleet of over 200 aircraft, including the Beechjet 400A/Hawker 400XP, Hawker 800XP, Citation X, and Legacy. Flight Options has received the ARG/US Platinum Safety Rating twice.
