TrainingPort.net And AeroEx GmbH Form Alliance

Will Offer Enhanced Training For European Clients

TrainingPort.net and AeroEx GmbH have announced the establishment of a Strategic Alliance. Scott Macpherson, President of TrainingPort.net, explained, “The purpose of working together is to support European business aircraft operators, providing a complete, customized service. This alliance links AeroEx’s regional, EASA rule-making, and technical expertise with TrainingPort.net’s up-to-date online training content and system, and business aviation experience.” With this agreement, AeroEx becomes TrainingPort.net’s sales representative in Europe.

AeroEx’s experience in EASA regulatory compliance and location will allow TrainingPort.net to serve European clients while enhancing its presence in the EU and other markets. Joel Hencks, Managing Director of AeroEx GmbH, stated, “This agreement allows AeroEx GmbH to offer our clients complete and customized solutions for online aviation training. We are proud to partner with TrainingPort.net to combine both companies’ expertise for providing enhanced support to the international aviation community.”

TrainingPort.net has over 50 unique operational safety and OHS training topics (e.g., CRM, Dangerous Goods, RVSM, FRMS, SMS, MEL, PBN, Security), making it the most comprehensive offering on the market.

At a press conference at the NBAA, both partners provided information about not only the newly founded alliance, but also a new EASA Regulation for Third Country Operators (TCO), who will need to apply for authorization from EASA when flying into EASA member countries from January 2014. AeroEx is offering support to these operators for processing their application, and TrainingPort.net will include this topic in its online training program.

TrainingPort.net, founded in 2005, provides business aviation flight departments around the globe with a single, online source for customized operational safety and OHS training. TrainingPort.net’s comprehensive training is developed by industry-leading Subject Matter Experts and delivered via 15-minute lessons throughout the year, ensuring that all regulatory and currency requirements are met.

AeroEx GmbH, a Swiss-based aviation consulting company, provides assistance to the aviation community with particular focus on compliance with EASA regulations. The services offered by AeroEx GmbH include training and seminars, assessments, gap-analyses and audits, project management, manual preparation and updates as well as risk and safety management
