Adam Aircraft Creates A700 AdamJet Advisory Council

Will provide guidance in engineering, interiors and other areas of aircraft

Adam Aircraft has announced the formation of an Advisory Council for the A700 AdamJet. This Council will provide strategic guidance in engineering, interior definition, product support, and other entry-into-service activities.

Joe Walker, President of Adam Aircraft, will preside as chairman, with Peter Reynolds, Curtis Van Nice, and Stephan Hanvey serving as council members. "Our council members are some of the most experienced individuals in the aviation business," said Joe Walker. "They will assist us in delivering a superior aircraft into a support structure that exceeds customer expectations."

"Having flown the A700 AdamJet, I feel confident this aircraft will deliver tremendous value to the business jet market," said Peter Reynolds, member of the A700 Advisory Council. "Adam Aircraft has the opportunity to launch a new era of aviation with the AdamJet and we look forward to participating in the process," added Steven Hanvey.

Peter Reynolds: A decorated Air Force pilot in the 1970s, Peter Reynolds entered the general aviation business in 1973 as a test pilot for Learjet. During his 29-year career at the company, Reynolds spent his last eight years as Vice President of Flight Test for Bombardier Aerospace. In this position, he was responsible for managing 500 employees and all flight tests conducted on Canadair, de Havilland, and Learjet product lines. Reynolds is a fellow of the Society of Experimental Test Pilots and has flown eight first flights of new model aircraft.

Curtis Van Nice: Co-Founder of KC Aviation in Dallas, Texas, Curtis Van Nice has been involved with aircraft interior design and completions for 27 years, and has participated in the installation of more than 1,000 business aircraft interiors. An industry-leading completion center for business aircraft, KC Aviation was acquired by Gulfstream Aerospace in 1998. Following the acquisition, Mr. Van Nice became Vice President of Completion Sales and Design for Gulfstream.

Stephan Hanvey: Stephan Hanvey began his career in 1969 as a Naval Pilot. With 11 years of combat and test pilot experience in the Navy, Hanvey became the Chief Test Pilot for Hughes/McDonnell Douglas and later became a Director and Program Manager. After 11 years at McDonnell Douglas, he joined Raytheon Aircraft Company as Vice President of Engineering and Flight Operations.
