Eclipse Aerospace Names Second European Gold Service Center

Dutch Company General Enterprises Joins International Service Network

Eclipse Aerospace (EAI) has expanded its international service center network for Eclipse 500 and Eclipse 550 twin-engine jets, adding General Enterprises as its second European Gold Service Center. General Enterprises will provide maintenance, inspections, parts and warranty support, as well as AOG services for Eclipse aircraft.

"We are extremely excited to continue to add new service centers around the world," said Ken Ross, President, Eclipse Global Sales and Services. "We are constantly adding new customers in and around Europe, and they expect our level of service to expand with the size of our fleet. We are always excited to deliver what our customers want."

Based at Groningen Airport Eelde (EHGG) in Eelde, The Netherlands, General Enterprises has been a service center for single- and twin-engine piston aircraft since 1993, and has been servicing Eclipse aircraft since 2011. General Enterprises is known for it's flexibility in scheduling with short lead and turnover times and is always striving to increase customer satisfaction.

"We are excited to see the new Eclipse Jets flying across Europe," said Henk Oosterveen, Maintenance Manager at General Enterprises. "We expect that, with the eminent arrival of EASA certification, there will be growth in the Eclipse fleet on the continent. We look forward to maintaining these new Eclipse Jets and being of service to their owners and pilots."

Eclipse says additional Eclipse Authorized Service Centers will be opened throughout 2014 and 2015 to meet the needs of the growing Eclipse worldwide fleet.
