Yeager Fights To Retain Control Of His Name

Has Filed A Petition With SCOTUS In Long-Running Case

Retired Air Force General Chuck Yeager has filed a petition with the Supreme Court of the United States (SCOTUS) related to a suit against a memorabilia website he says used his name without authorization. The website Law 360 reports that in the petition, Yeager says a legal principal known as "laches" should apply in the case rather than California state law.
