NTSB Finds Structural Failure Caused ERAU Fatal Accident In 2018

Wing Separated From The Aircraft During Training Flight

The NTSB has released its probable cause report from an accident involving a Piper PA-28R airplane belonging to Embry Riddle Aeronautical University (ERAU) which occurred April 4, 2018. The commercial pilot candidate and ATP-rated check pilot who were onboard the aircraft were fatally injured in the accident.

Will Collect And Distribute Relief Supplies In Coordination With Lakeland Linder International Airport

Sun 'n Fun and the Aerospace Center for Excellence (ACE) have organized a relief effort to send supplies to those affected by the devastation of Hurricane Dorian in the Islands of The Bahamas. A receiving station is being established on the Sun 'n Fun Expo Campus to process and distribute the supplies in partnership with Lakeland Linder International Airport.
