NATCA president Paul Rinaldi praised the move made Thursday by
FAA Administrator Randy Babbitt and DOT secretary Ray LaHood to
increase staffing on overnight shifts at 27 airports around the
country.
Allows System To Be Installed In European Fixed And Rotary Wing
Aircraft
The EASA has granted a European Technical Standard Order (ETSO)
to Avadyne for its EX600 Multi-Function Display (MFD). This ETSO
paves the way for installation of the EX600 MFD in
European-registered fixed-wing aircraft and helicopters.
An e-mail forwarded to ANN by a reader indicates that FlightPrep
has suffered a software security breach, and the personal data of
some of its customers has been compromised.
