FedEx and ORBIS International have announced a new 5-year,
$5.375 million commitment including the donation of an MD-10 cargo
aircraft to to be the third-generation Flying Eye Hospital.
"This agreement does not resolve the important
differences that still remain. But I believe we should keep
Americans working while Congress settles its differences, and this
