NASA has launched a new open government blog (open.nasa.gov
blog) to highlight the agency's Open Government success stories.
The site is part of the White House's Open Government Initiative,
which requires federal agencies to create a new level of openness
and accountability and provide public access to unclassified
data.
Juno Spacecraft Carries Galileo, Jupiter And Juno
Mini-Statues
NASA's Juno spacecraft will carry the 1.5-inch LEGO likeness of
the Roman god Jupiter to orbit his namesake planet. Jupiter's wife,
Juno, and famed astronomer Galileo Galilei will share the ride.
