A point on the
runway beyond which a landing aircraft with a LAHSO clearance is
not authorized to proceed. This point may be located prior to an
intersecting runway, taxiway, predetermined point, or
approach/departure flight path.

landing in the state that were purchased within the six months
prior to their visit can be forced to pay up to a 6% tax on the
aircraft's sales price. This tax policy forces aircraft operators
out of Florida and drives aviation related services such as
maintenance, repair, and overhaul to other states."
