There's no excuse for poor planning that results in an airspace bust. But if you find yourself in a position where it cannot be avoided, (1) FLY THE PLANE, (2) enter the controlled airspace to the extent necessary to assure a safe outcome, and (3) declare an emergency to give you the 91.3 authority to be in that airspace.
