Hawker Beechcraft Announces EVS For Baron, Bonanza

Forward Vision EVS Enhances Situational Awareness In Reduced Visibility Conditions

Hawker Beechcraft Corporation (HBC) announced Thursday the availability of Forward Vision's EVS-100 and EVS-600 enhanced vision systems for its popular Bonanza and Baron aircraft. HBC service centers will be providing Forward Vision STC-approved systems to the sizeable Bonanza and Baron fleets around the world.

Milestone Delivery Expected In Early 2010

Cessna announced Thursday at the annual Aircraft Owners and Pilots Association convention that it is nearing delivery of its 300th Citation Mustang. A fleet of more than 280 Mustangs through the end of the third quarter of this year had amassed more than 55,000 flight hours since the first delivery in early 2007.

ANN had the chance to put a number of questions to the FAA's unusually responsive Administrator, Randy Babbitt. The questions ran the gamut of what might be done to further the cause of aviation to one of our pet projects from a number of years ago... namely, the institution of a Pilot's Bill of Rights. Babbitt took on all questions, ducked nothing and seemed to relish the opportunity to talk real-live aviation with real-live aviators.
