Air Force officials here are seeking combat systems officers for
unmanned aircraft systems pilot duty, and interested commissioned
Airmen have until Nov. 20 to volunteer for the training. CSOs
within the grade of lieutenant through major are eligible.
Third Phase Of DARPA Program Will Enhance Objects In Darker
Conditions
Goodrich has been tapped by the Defense Advanced Research
Project Agency (DARPA) to further develop its short wave infrared
(SWIR) imaging technology for enhanced night vision capability.
Goodrich will develop materials and circuitry to allow its cameras
to provide images under darker conditions than previously
possible.
