Aviation Development Group Snaps Up Former Bombardier/Lear Facility At DIA

"An Investment Opportunity We Found Attractive"

Aviation Development Group, LLC has announced that they will be acquiring the former Bombardier/Learjet facility at Denver International Airport, the nation's second largest airport and the fifth largest in the world.

The 54,000 square foot facility was completed in 1994 and is located adjacent to the Signature Flight Support Fixed Base Operator. The property includes 19,250 square feet of office space, a 34,750 square foot hangar facility with door height clearance of 26 feet and ample surface parking.

"The limited availability of office space and hangar facilities at DIA offered an investment opportunity we found attractive," said Michael Dunn, ADG's founder and manager of real estate investment and development.

Originally developed for aircraft maintenance, the property contains DC wiring in both the instrument laboratories and hangar areas, a foam fire suppression system, a parts paint booth and engine maintenance bays, as well as standard office finishes and a cafeteria.

ADG intends to market and lease the office and hangar facility to a single user or multiple tenants. The office space may be leased in increments as small as 3,500 square feet.
