FAI Annual Report: 2014 Edition Released

Full Coverage Of Competition, Records, Member Activities, More

The FAI has released the new 2014 FAI Annual Report. FAU says the report will take readers "on a journey through the various events and activities of the Federation."

The FAI Annual Report gives full coverage of the competitions, records, awards, Members activities,
the General Conference, the Federation’s sponsor Breitling and partner the Red Bull Air Race, and
much more.

"2014 has been exciting, interesting and satisfying. We have seen thrilling competition, brilliant performances and outstanding athletes. An increasing number of women and juniors are attracted to our air sports and there is expanding vitality in our activities, especially in Asia," said FAI President Dr. John Grubbström in his foreword to the report.

The 2014 edition has been extended to include information on the coming FAI World Air Games 2015 which will take place in Dubai, UAE, from 1 to 12 December. It also features pages about the Federation's participation in other multi-sports events such as The World Games.

In the Members section, the Netherlands is in the limelight with a full page dedicated to the KNVvL. Activities of FAI Members in Australia, Russia and South Africa are also reported.
