Ernest Arvai Will Serve As Independent Board Member
Liberty Aerospace,
Inc., announced this week the appointment of Mr. Ernest S. "Ernie"
Arvai to its Board of Directors. Arvai -- founder and CEO of
strategic planning firm The Arvai Group, will serve as an
independent board member.
Since 1991, The Arvai Group has provided strategic development
consulting to varied segments of the general aviation and aerospace
industries. He holds an MSIA degree from the Tepper School at
Carnegie-Mellon University, and a BSE in Industrial Engineering
from the University of Michigan. He is also a CPA, and an
instrument-rated pilot.
"Liberty’s future has never looked brighter," said Liberty
CEO Keith Markley. "Our production is ramping up to meet the
demands of fleet sales, including several large international
orders. With continued product improvement, Liberty is ready to
dominate the two seat market. The appointment of Mr. Arvai with his
experience in international markets adds tremendous value to the
team."
"Liberty Aerospace is poised for rapid growth and success, and I
look forward to working closely with Mr. Markley and the Liberty
Management Team," Arvai said. "The new technology the XL-2 provides
in a flight training aircraft makes it the right product at the
right time to meet the rapidly growing global demands for pilot
training. I'm pleased to be associated with a company with
leading-edge aircraft technology, strong financial backing, and a
forward-thinking management team."
Arvai has also served as adjunct faculty and taught Strategic
Management in the MBA program at Daniel Webster College.
