CALC Appoints Deputy CEOs

Will Work With CEO To Develop And Oversee Overall Business Strategy

China Aircraft Leasing Group Holdings Limited has appointed Mr. Barry Mok and Ms. Winnie Liu as Deputy Chief Executive Officers of the Group. Ms. Liu is also appointed as Chief Commercial Officer while Mr. Mok will continue his responsibility as Chief Financial Officer. As the same time, Mr. Pitney Tang has been promoted to Chief Operating Officer. The C-Suite appointments are effective immediately.

In the new roles, Mr. Mok and Ms. Liu will work with Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, Mr. Chen Shuang, to develop and oversee the overall strategy, and to implement the overall mission for the Group. In the new leadership structure, Mr. Mok oversees the accounting and risk management as well as other corporate functions including legal and company secretary while Mr. Liu is heading the commercial operations including business development, global marketing, aircraft trading, financing arrangements, and asset management. Mr. Tang will lead all aspects of transaction-related functions.

The new structure would drive improved operational standards, efficiency and results.” Mr. Chen Shuang said, “CALC is progressively implementing its globalization strategy, and has now entered a new stage of development. I look forward to continuing our strong record of operational and financial management and executing on our long-term strategic plan. The management team will further speed up the development of CALC into a top-tier aircraft service provider in the global market, offering innovative and value-added fleet management solutions for airlines worldwide.
