The National Air Transportation Association (NATA)
has named Greg Arnold, president and COO of TAC Air, as the new
chairman of the NATA Board of Directors. Additional newly
elected Board members include Jake Cartwright, president and CEO of
TAG Aviation USA, and Sally Leible, president of Airport Terminal
Services (ATS).
Greg Arnold has served as president of the
Arkansas Oil Marketers Association, vice president of the
Independent Liquid Terminal Association, and Board and campaign
chairman of the United Way of Texarkana. He is affiliated
with the National Petroleum Council, Lake Texoma Advisory Committee
and Red River Redevelopment Authority. Arnold holds a degree
from Stephen F. Austin University.
Jake Cartwright started with TAG Aviation USA
in the late 1970s, but it was 1989 when he rejoined the company as
vice president. He managed TAG's consulting activities,
domestic flight operations, customer accounts, charter sales and
marketing, and new business development and sales. Today, as
president, he is responsible for all operations of TAG Aviation
USA. He holds a degree from Princeton University and has
accumulated over 10,000 hours of flight time in military and
civilian aircraft.
William T. Greenwell, CFO and partner with
Frederick Aviation, in Frederick (MD) has been elected to the
National Air Transportation Association Board of Directors.
Greenwell has been a member of NATA's Business Management Committee
since 1996 and now serves as chairman of that committee. He
is a CPA and a graduate of the University of Miami. He joined
Frederick Aviation, a full-service FBO, in 1994.
Sally Leible began her career with ATS, a
growing St. Louis-based airline service company, in 1975 as a
station manager. As president, she manages more than 1,500
people who provide ramp services at more than 33 locations for 50
major carriers throughout the United States and Canada.
Leible has been named one of the 25 most influential women in St.
Louis and is a member of the International Aviation Handlers
Association (IAHA).
