Worldwide Family Recipe Cookbook Now Available
The Corporate Angel
Network is the beneficiary of sales from Air Routing
International's (ARI) new "Air Routing Agent Network Cookbook."
The recipes from 30 countries include such meals as Rabada from
Brazil, a stewed ox tail, and Poulet au Vinaigre from France
(vinegar chicken.) Many of the recipes include family anecdotes and
stories.
"Thanks to Air Routing's generous support and people purchasing
the book, more cancer patients will receive the critical and life
extending care they so desperately need," said Corporate Angel
Network Executive Director Peter H. Fleiss. Corporate Angel Network
arranges more than 200 free flights per month for cancer patients
requiring treatment by using empty seats on corporate aircraft.
"Throughout the almost 30 years of relationships with our
clients and agents around the world, we have come to work very
closely with some of the warmest and most professional people in
the industry, many of whom are like family to us today," said Tim
Maystrik, ARI vice president. "That is why we came up with the idea
of putting together some family recipes from our wonderful agent
network.
"With a heap of
international traditions and a dash of family anecdotes, these
recipes provide the perfect formula for our international cookbook.
When you leaf through the pages of this cookbook to plan your own
menus, you can derive great pleasure from the knowledge that you
will be benefiting the Corporate Angel Network, a program that is
near and dear to all our hearts," he said.
The cookbook, which features more than 100 family recipes from
its worldwide agent network, is $29.99 and available at the NBAA's
18th annual Schedulers & Dispatchers Conference in Phoenix, AZ,
from January 21-24.
