 Only relief aircraft operations under the direction of Anchorage ARTCC (ZAN) are authorized in the airspace.

 From the point 605705N/1490955W, the boundary of the TFR follows the Alyeska Highway in a southerly direction to the point 605630N/1491015W then follows Seward Highway in a westerly direction to the point of beginning 605800N/1492530W.
