Cut the Cords with New True Blue Power ® Wireless Chargers

True Blue Power announced the addition of FAA-certified wireless chargers to the company’s line of electrical power solutions. The TWC15 Series Wireless Chargers are Qi compliant and provide up to 15 watts of power to smartphones, wireless earbuds and personal electronics.
These new wireless chargers are available in three, easy-to-install configurations and are ideal for use in the cabin and cockpit.

“Wireless charging has become more and more prevalent in everyday life. Our customers want to bring convenience power to the aircraft but have found wireless chargers were a hassle to install,” said Van Winter, Director of Aftermarket Sales and Support. “With three unique sizes, our chargers are an easy fix. They deliver power through thicker material, giving you a variety of installation options.”

True Blue Power ® Wireless Charger Benefits

The Easiest Installation
  • Pre-drilled and tapped screw holes
  • Up to 9 millimeters charging gap/depth—Charges through thick material

The Thinnest Charging Module (P/N 6430015-1)
  • Only 0.21 inches in depth

The Largest Charging Area (P/N 6430015-3)
  • 2.9 square inches

The Most Compact Design (P/N 6430015-2)
  • 2.45 inches (length) x 2.28 inches (width)

True Blue Power Wireless Chargers feature a durable, anodized aluminum case. They meet the latest standards for radio frequency (RF) emissions and protect against short circuit, power surge, overload and overtemperature. The intelligent chargers feature Foreign Object Detection (FOD) and will not operate when an electronic device is not present.

The True Blue Power TWC15 Wireless Chargers will be on display in the Mid-Continent Instruments and Avionics and True Blue Power booth #301 throughout the AEA International Convention and Trade Show, March 28 – 31 at the Ernest N. Morial Convention Center, in New Orleans, Louisiana.

New True Blue Power ® Frequency Converter Conquers the Hell Hole, Cuts Replacement Costs, and Quiets the Cabin

True Blue Power introduced a new 4,000-watt AC-to-AC frequency converter built specifically to withstand the harsh operating environment of the “Hell Hole” in large business jets, commercial and special mission aircraft. This increased reliability results in fewer AOG events and a significantly lower cost of operation and ownership.

The TFC4000 is the quietest and most efficient frequency converter on the market, and the lightest in its power class. It provides 15% more power than competing units to outlets throughout the aircraft to support electronics and appliances, such as laptops, computer systems, TVs, vacuums, coffee makers, galley equipment and in-flight entertainment systems.

True Blue Power ® TFC4000 AC-to-AC Frequency Converter Benefits

The LIGHTEST

Weighing in at only 19.8 lbs. (9.0 kg), the TFC4000 is 30% lighter than competing converters.
It is the lightest frequency converter in its power class.

The QUIETEST

Independent temperature and speed-controlled fans significantly reduce noise. It is the quietest frequency converter on the market.

The MOST RELIABLE

Silicon carbide technology, custom magnetics and plenum cooling increase efficiency and protect internal components from moisture and contaminants commonly found outside the pressure vessel and in non-temperature-controlled locations, like the “Hell Hole”.

The True Blue Power TFC4000 Frequency Converter will be on display in the Mid-Continent Instruments and Avionics and True Blue Power booth #301 throughout the AEA International Convention and Trade Show, March 28 – 31 at the Ernest N. Morial Convention Center, in New Orleans, Louisiana.
