Source: Capt. Craig Kobyashi, a 25-year cockpit veteran at Hawaiian Airlines, after a trustee in the company's bankruptcy, Josh Gotbaum, to get off his 767-300. Hawaiian Air pilots are nowhere near happy about the way Gotbaum has proposed to manage their pension fund. The airline owes the fund $4.5 million and is late with its payments. Among other things, Gotbaum has proposed gutting the fund altogether.
