PURSUANT TO 14 CFR SECTION 91.137(A)(2) TEMPORARY FLIGHT RESTRICTIONS ARE IN EFFECT WITHIN AN AREA BOUNDED BY 301800N/0873100W OR THE BROOKLEY /BFM/ VORTAC 120 DEGREE RADIAL AT 33.6 NAUTICAL MILES THEN TO 301600N/0873100W OR THE BROOKLEY /BFM/ VORTAC 123 DEGREE RADIAL AT 34.7 NAUTICAL MILES THEN TO 301300N/0874500W OR THE BROOKLEY /BFM/ VORTAC 142 DEGREE RADIAL AT 28.5 NAUTICAL MILES THEN TO 301600N/0874500W OR THE BROOKLEY /BFM/ VORTAC 139 DEGREE RADIAL AT 26.0 NAUTICAL MILES BACK ORIGINAL POINT AT AND BELOW 1000 FEET AGL TO PROVIDE A SAFE ENVIRONMENT FOR DISASTER RELIEF ACT- IVITIES.
