Upgraded: Sarault, Chapman, Butcher And Helms

All Four Promoted At Houston-Based American Jet International

Roger Woolsey has been juggling -- sort of. The chief executive officer of American Jet International (AJI), a Houston-based jet air transportation company, recently announced a series of employee promotions.

Former charter sales manager, Donald "Drent" Sarault has been promoted to vice president, where he will manage the daily office operations and coordinate all support activities related to AJI's aircraft management initiatives.  He will also oversee all financial and contractual obligations.  Sarault has been an AJI employee for six years and has worked in the aviation industry for eight years.

Brian Chapman has left his position as dispatcher to assume the role of charter sales manager, formerly held by Sarault.  In this new position, Chapman will oversee all domestic and international charters, as well as supervise six employees.  A 12-year veteran of the aviation industry, he has been with AJI since 2001.

Another former dispatcher, Jeffrey Butcher has been promoted to director of owner relations, where he will address any issues and concerns of aircraft owners and customers.  He has been an AJI employee for 7 years and has worked in the world of aviation for more than 10 years.

Curtis Helms was promoted from crew leader to director of safety.  In this new role, he will provide counsel on all safety matters and distribute relevant safety information to owners and customers.  He will also serve as a confidential liaison between pilots and managers.  An AJI employee since 2003, Helms has nine years of aviation experience.

"Over the last several years, these men have been successfully building their industry knowledge and skill sets, while providing exceptional service to our clients," Woolsey said.  "I sincerely believe that each will flourish in their new positions and help take our company to the next level of success."
