FDC 6/5018 ZME AR.. FLIGHT RESTRICTIONS JESSIEVILLE, ARKANSAS. EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE. PURSUANT TO 14 CFR SECTION 91.137(A)(2) TEMPORARY FLIGHT RESTRICTIONS ARE IN EFFECT WITHIN A 5 NAUTICAL MILE RADIUS OF 345000N/0930200W OR THE HOT SPRINGS /HOT/ VOR/DME 4 DEGREE RADIAL AT 21.4 NAUTICAL MILES AT AND BELOW 6500 FEET MSL TO PROVIDE A SAFE ENVIRONMENT FOR FIRE FIGHTING AIRCRAFT OPERATIONS. BUTCH PERRY OF U.S. FOREST SERVICE TELEPHONE 501-321-5232 IS IN CHARGE OF THE OPERATION. MEMPHIS /ZME/ ARTCC TELEPHONE 901-368-8234 IS THE FAA COORDINATION FACILITY.
