1. A. All aircraft operations within a 10 NMR area listed
above are prohibited except for:
2. 1. Law wnforcement, military aircraft directly supporting
the United States Secret Service (USSS) and the office of the
President of the United States, emergency medical flights, and
regularly scheduled commercial passenger and cargo aircraft that
meet or exceed the Transportation Security Administrations (TSA)
Domestic Security Inspection Program (DSIP) standards and are
arriving into and/or departing from 14 CFR Part 139 airports.
3. 2. For operations within the TFR, all medical flight
operation companies shall coordinate operations in advance with the
ZBW Watch supervisor at 603-879-6655 to avoid potential
delays.
4. 3. Aircraft arrivals and departures are authorized only
for those operators based at Biddeford municipal airport (B19).
These aricraft must obtain Secret Service approval by calling
207-967-5343 one hour prior to the operation. These aircraft shall
be on an active IFR or VFR flight plan with a discrete code
assigned by an air traffic control (ATC) facility. Aircraft shall
be squawking the discrete code prior departure abd at all times
while in the TFR. No pattern work. All further restrictions in this
NOTAM Apply.
5. B. Within the airspace between 10 NMR and 30 NMR listed
above:
6. 1. All aircraft entering or exiting the 30 NMR TFR shall
be on an active IFR or VFR flight plan with a discrete code
assigned by an ATC facility. Aircraft shall be squawking the
discrete code prior to departure and at all times while in the
TFR.
7. 2. All aircraft entering or exiting the 30 NMR TFR must
remain in two-way radio communications with ATC.
8. 3. All aircraft operating withint the 10 NMR to 30 NMR TFR
and operating at altitudes of up to but not including FL180 are
limited to aircraft arriving or departing local airfields and ATC.

9. 4. Flight training, practice instrument approaches,
aerobatic flight, glider operations, parachute operations,
ultralight, hang gliding, balloon, agriculture/crop dusting, animal
population control flight operations, banner towing operations and
commercial/cargo carrier operations that fail to meet or exceed the
TSAS DSIP standards are not authorized.
10. 5. All USSS cleared aircraft operations based in the area
should notify the USSS prior to their departure.
11. 6. For operations within the TFR, all medical flight
operation companies shall coordinate operations in advance with the
ZBW watch supervisor at 603-879-6655 to avoid potential
delays.
12. 7. All aircraft shall avoid prohibited area 67 unless the
recieve US Secret Service authorization by calling
207-967-5343.
13. 8. All aircraft departing from the private
airport/airstrips must be on a heading away from P-67.
14. C. It is recommended that all aircraft operators check
NOTAMS frequently for possible required changes to this TFR prior
to operations within this region.
