EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE. PURSUANT TO 14 CFR
SECTION 91.137(A)(1) TEMPORARY FLIGHT RESTRICTIONS ARE IN EFFECT
FOR GAS WELL BLOW OUT. ONLY RELIEF AIRCRAFT OPERATIONS UNDER
DIRECTION OF LOUISIANA STATE POLICE ARE AUTHORIZED IN THE AIRSPACE
AT AND BELOW 5000 FEET MSL WITHIN A 2 NAUTICAL MILE RADIUS OF
300551N/0921640W OR THE LAFAYETTE /LFT/ VORTAC 246 DEGREE RADIAL AT
15.9 NAUTICAL MILES. LOUISIANA STATE POLICE, 337-654-8605, IS IN
CHARGE OF ON SCENE EMERGENCY RESPONSE ACTIVITY. HOUSTON /ZHU/
ARTCC, 281-230-5560, IS THE FAA COORDINATION FACILITY.
