IMC “Radio 5” Features Jason Blair, Executive
Director Of NAFI
In addition to its popular “Plane Talk” on IMC
Radio, IMC Club has opened another broadcast channel: IMC Radio 5.
IMC Radio 5, designed as a weekly platform for leaders in general
aviation, began its first weekly episode on February 7th with Jason
Blair, the Executive Director of NAFI. The weekly spotlight with
Mr. Blair will air live each Tuesday at 10 AM Eastern and will also
be available as a podcast on iTunes and other Internet media.
“Now is the time to go further” said Jon Roberts,
co-host of “Plane Talk”, who refers to himself as the
‘Plane Guy’. “Plane Talk” has been
consistently ranked as one of the most popular talk radio stations
on “Spreaker Web Radio”, its Internet radio stream
provider.
“Reflected in the ‘Golden Microphone’ from our
IMC Studio 5, Jason Blair each week will have three minutes to
answer a question about current events, news or hot topics in
General Aviation”, IMC Radio 5 Producers said in their press
announcement. IMC Radio 5 is presently scheduled as a five minute
broadcast.
“While ‘Plane Talk’ is produced with a large
dose of humor, IMC Radio 5 is our platform to allow aviation
leaders like Jason Blair to address important issues and to keep
the General Aviation population informed about organizations like
NAFI which work on their behalf” said Radek
Wyrzykowski, President of IMC Clubs and host of IMC Radio 5
After only 20 episodes, “Plane Talk” on IMC Radio
has reached almost 5,000 listeners and is consistently ranked as
one of the most popular Internet radio sites. “Planes
Talk” is heard on Wednesday evenings from 6 PM to 7PM
Eastern, streaming over www.imcradio.webs.com and www.imcclubs.org.
