Offer Cuts $1,000 off the Purchase of Backcountry Line of Props
Hartzell Propeller is looking to bolster support for the RAF - the Recreational Aviation Foundation, not the Royal Air Force - and is extending a $1,000 discount to those who support it.
The discount will take a grand off purchases of Hartzell's biggest and best sellers in the backcountry bushplane lineup like the Voyager, the Pathfinder, and the Trailblazer. The Voyager's 3-bladed scimitar design is well suited for bush Cessnas like the 180, 182, 185, and 206, with new engines like the Conti 520 and 550 recently added to the line via STC. The Pathfinder's 3-blade carbon composite build makes it a natural fit for lighter, sportier aircraft like the Cubcrafters Xcub, Glasair Sportsman, and a range of experimentals. The Trailblazer is probably the most versatile of the offered props, with 2 and 3-blade applications available for legacy brands like American Champion, Aviat, Maule, and more. Even better for those who want to protect their backcountry hideaways, Hartzell will donate a chunk of the proceeds directly to the Recreational Aviation Foundation.
“We are pleased to be able, once again, to extend this special offer to RAF supporters for the fourth consecutive year,” said Hartzell President JJ Frigge. “In addition to providing these $1,000 discounts on backcountry props, we will contribute $250 directly to the RAF for each propeller sold as a result of this special offer. This is an example of our continuing support for the adventure of flight, and the RAF’s mission to preserve aviation access to the backcountry."
RAF Chairman John McKenna said, “Once again, we are very appreciative for Hartzell's continued support of the RAF. This relationship is special, and it is a genuine benefit to RAF supporters, and a real incentive to becoming a new RAF supporter."
