WILL BE CONDUCTED BETWEEN 293626N/0950932W OR THE HUB110006.8 TO
260000N/0990000W OR THE MFE247042.3 TO 170000N/0970000W OR THE
MTT240153.8 TO 192548N/0990560W OR THE TAM196184.5 TO
230000N/0960000W OR THE TAM061111.8 TO 260000N/0990000W OR THE
MFE247042.3 TO 293626N/0950000W OR THE MHF278013.7 FROM 500 FEET
MSL TO 39000 FEET MSL. THE LASER BEAM MAY BE INJURIOUS TO PILOTS'/
AIRCREWS' AND PASSENGERS' EYES FOR A DISTANCE OF 14,400 FEET BELOW
AND 28,900 FEET ABOVE THE AIRCRAFT. THIS AREA WILL BE MONITORED BY
OBSERVERS AND THE LASER BEAM WILL BE TERMINATED IF
NON-PARTICIPATING AIRCRAFT ARE DETECTED THAT MAY ENTER THE AFFECTED
AREA. OTHER VISUAL EFFECTS (E.G. FLASHBLINDNESS, AFTER IMAGE,
GLARE, AND DISTRACTION) MAY OCCUR AT GREATER DISTANCES. THE
DOMESTIC EVENTS NETWORK (DEN) AT 202-493-5107, IS THE FAA
COORDINATION FACILITY.
