A pair of 787 Dreamliners will be the featured Boeing products on display at the Paris Air Show, which begins June 17 at the Le Bourget exhibition center. One 787 will perform daily flying displays from Monday through Friday, while the other – a Qatar Airways 787 – will be on static display. The Boeing ScanEagle unmanned aircraft system will appear as part of the U.S. Corral display throughout the show.

Boeing is again proud to sponsor for the eighth year the Engineering Student of the Year Award, the world's leading competition to recognize students whose work shows the greatest promise, aptitude and dedication in the field of aerospace technology. This year's recipient will be recognized at the Flight Awards at the Musee de l'Air et de l'Espace, Le Bourget on Tuesday evening.

On Monday morning, Boeing Commercial Airplanes President and CEO Ray Conner will assess current industry and market conditions and provide an update on Boeing commercial airplane products and services, development programs and product investments. Later that day, U.S. Marine Corps Col. Greg Masiello, Joint V-22 Program Manager, U.S. Naval Air Systems Command, provides an update on the Bell Boeing V-22 Osprey tiltrotor and discusses recent operational deployments.

Tuesday, Scott Fancher, vice president and general manager of Airplane Development for Boeing Commercial Airplanes, will provide an overview of Boeing's twin-aisle strategy to meet future market requirements as well as an update of development progress on the 787-9, 787-10X and 777X. Then Wednesday, Scott Fancher, vice president and general manager of Airplane Development, and Joe Ozimek, vice president of Product Marketing, 737 MAX, both of Boeing Commercial Airplanes, will provide an update on the 737 MAX's progress toward Firm Configuration in July and an update on the airplane's advanced performance features.
