EFFECT FOR TEMPORARY FLIGHT RESTRICTIONS ARE IN EFFECT FOR MARINE
MAMMAL RESCUE OPERATIONS BEING CONDUCTED BY THE USCG AND NMFS ON
THE SACRAMENTO RIVER IN THE CALIFORNIA DELTA WATERWAY. AIRCRAFT ARE
REMINDED TO NOT LOITER OVER RESCUE OPERATIONS IN THE EFFECTED AREAS
