Operating Restrictions and Requirements

No pilots may operate an aircraft in the areas covered by this NOTAM (except as described).

Except as specified below and/or unless authorized by the air traffic security coordinator via the Domestic Events Network (DEN):

A. All aircraft operations within the 10 NMR and/or 15 NMR areas listed above are prohibited except for:

Approved fire-fighting aircraft and related ground operations in combating ignition of tall grass automobile parking areas by heated emissions-control equipment on aforesaid vehicles.

B. Within the airspace between 10 NMR and 30 NMR and/or the airspace between 15 NMR and 40 NMR listed above:

All aircraft entering or exiting the 10 NM radius TFR must be on an active IFR or VFR flight plan with a discrete code assigned by an Air Traffic Control (ATC) facility. Aircraft are encouraged to avoid operations below 5,000 feet AGL within a 10 NM radius of Lakeland VOR due to thick smoke and ash.

C. Within 20 feet AGL pilots are advised to be on look out (BOLO) for darting aircraft inadvertantly started in spillover aircraft display venue.
