Company Opening An Embraer 145 Base In New Jersey
CommutAir, a United Express carrier, has named Adam Kline to EWR Base Chief Pilot as it opens an Embraer 145 base in its growing Newark, NJ operation.
Adam was a pilot with CommutAir from 2006-2010 and most recently flew for DynCorp International as a DHC-8 Standardized Pilot. Adam is a graduate of Florida Institute of Technology, and he is currently pursuing his Masters of Science in Aviation Safety Systems at Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University.
Adam recognizes this is a great time to rejoin CommutAir, particularly as CommutAir began jet service out of the Newark hub last month. Discussing his return, Adam stated, "If home is where your heart is, I'm happy to be back. As an advocate for our pilot group, I look forward to communicating openly with the team and fostering the family friendly atmosphere as we expand our operations in Newark."
Base Chief Pilot is one of many opportunities CommutAir has to offer as it continues its rapid and sustained expansion plans. In response to their hiring needs, CommutAir has created an industry leading pay and benefits package for pilots that includes:
- Career Path Program (CPP) offering eligible pilots a direct path to a United flight deck
- Up to $15,000 sign on bonus
- Rapid position upgrades for qualified applicants
- Top-tier pay and benefits including 401K match
- Unparalleled Commuter Policy
- CommutAir is also hiring Aircraft Maintenance Technicians to work with their growing fleet of ERJ 145s. Positions are available in Albany, NY; Newark, NJ; and Dulles, VA.
