Source: Kenneth Norie, the owner of VIHAG, following the announcement that Bristow Group Inc. and SAR provider Cougar Helicopters Inc., have jointly announced that Bristow has entered into a definitive agreement with Cougar's parent VIH Aviation Group Ltd.
