Source: Mark Kelso, chairman of social sciences at Queens University in Charlotte, NC, commenting on the limited options available to the United States in responding to a forthcoming test by North Korea of its new intercontinental ballistic missile, the Taepodong-2. Kelso added it would be difficult for the US to take any kind of military action against the Communist stalwart, as US forces are committed to Iraq and Afghanistan... and increased political isolation over the Bush administration's handling of foreign affairs in the past few years rules out much of a chance of any US-led coalition against North Korea.
