EASA Approves Aspen Evolution In Cirrus Aircraft

STC Covers SR20, SR22 Models

EASA has granted STC approval to Avionik Straubing of Germany for the installatino of Aspen Avionics' Evolution Pro Primary Flight Display into Cirrus SR20 and SR22 model aircraft. The approval incorporates the most current Evolution Software Version 2.4.1.

“We are pleased to have Avionik Straubing develop the Cirrus STC for the Evolution Flight Display System,” says Brad Hayden, Aspen Avionics’ Vice President of Marketing. “The increasing availability of our EFIS solution for European registered aircraft gives these owners and operators an affordable, feature-rich retrofit glass solution.”

Aspen Avionics’ European STC partner program continues to expand and installation approvals for many aircraft makes and models are currently being developed. A list of EASA STCs and the respective holders may be viewed or downloaded from the Aspen Avionics web site.

Customers are encouraged to speak with an Aspen Avionics Authorized Dealer to discuss the options available on their airframe
