Bell 429 Featured In 'The Horn' TV Series

Aircraft Operated By Air Zermatt Carries Out Life-Saving HEMS Missions

A Bell 429 is featured in this season’s Red Bull TV series, "The Horn".

Launching On Demand globally on Red Bull TV on last week, the six-part original docuseries is shot through the first responders’ eyes and set in the shadows of the most treacherous terrain of Switzerland’s Matterhorn mountain. The Horn is a new original series chronicling the serious, life-saving daily work of one of the world’s best helicopter air rescue teams, Air Zermatt. Providing a real-life glimpse into the incredible team and their harrowing rescues with the Bell 429, The Horn sheds light on the most virtuous aspects of putting your own life at risk to save others.

The Bell 429 continues to gain traction in Europe configured for HEMS and for parapublic missions with Wiltshire Air Ambulance, Air Zermatt and INAER France. The Bell 429 has more cabin space than any other light twin helicopter on the market, with flat flooring and seating for seven passengers and one flight crew. When time is of the essence in the series, the Bell 429’s 60-inch wide side doors and optional rear clam-shell doors provide quick and easy access. The state-of-the-art technology in the Bell 429 includes a fully integrated glass cockpit, advanced drive system, best-in-class WAAS/ SBAS navigation and IFR capability.
