XOJET Names Lyft As Official Rideshare Partner For Pilots

Partnership Continues Company's Legacy As A 'Disruptor' In The Private Aviation Industry

Private jet charter sercvice XOJET has formed a corporate partnership with the rideshare platform Lyft, and its adoption of Lyft Mobility Solutions as an added benefit to XOJET pilots  and employees.

Lyft Mobility Solutions introduces a new category of convenience to XOJET's front line personnel by providing instant, on-demand access to safe and affordable rides at the touch of a button, saving them time and money on transportation to and from the airport and hotel accommodations, and streamlining the expense reimbursement process. Lyft's growing coverage in key areas is perfect for XOJET's pilots and advisors who live and travel all over the country. This new alliance is one of many programs XOJET implements for its pilots, including a fatigue management program that provides comprehensive wellness evaluations at the end of shifts to ensure the overall health and safety of its employees.

"Our entire business model is based on the understanding of how important flexibility and an on-demand lifestyle are in this day and age," said Austin Schell, COO of XOJET. "A partnership with Lyft enables us to provide that same level of service and convenience to our employees that we offer our clients every day."

In addition to offering affordable, reliable rides, Lyft has created a simpler way for employees to expense the cost with the introduction of Business Profiles, which enable riders to create a separate profile with the option of charging a default business credit card, having the app tied to a work email, and having the ability to add notes. The system is integrated with Concur so that expensing trips can also be done automatically, which translates to less paperwork.

"Working with XOJET to extend the arm of transportation to their pilots and employees is a great way to engage more and more people on the Lyft platform. Our on-demand transportation alignment is ideal and we look forward to collaborating and growing our networks together," said Dallas Hogensen, vice president of sales at Lyft.

Through this partnership with Lyft, XOJET is looking into how it can expand Lyft services to its distinguished private flier clients.
