StandardAero Announces More HTF7000 Engine Trained Technicians

Currently Has More Than 40 Inspectors On Staff In 5 Locations Globally

StandardAero Business Aviation is continuing its investments and readiness to service customers on wing, remotely and/or in the company’s maintenance facilities.

The company announced that it currently has more than 40 HTF7000 qualified inspectors and technicians on staff, covering 5 locations globally – as well as providing field services through StandardAero Mobile Service Teams located at 14 sites across the U.S.  All qualified inspectors and technicians have completed OEM approved intermediate and/or line station training.  In May of this year, the company announced its authorization to provide HTF7000 minor and line maintenance services to European business aviation operators from its existing Tilburg, the Netherlands facility.

StandardAero also announced that the company has more tooling than anyone in the industry, investing more than $5 million in both overhaul and hot section equipment.  In addition, the company has acquired nearly $10 million in parts inventory, strategically positioned at StandardAero locations, to minimize downtime and ensure the fastest turnaround time for operators.  Moreover, StandardAero has invested in eight HTF7000 rental engines which are positioned on two continents and available for customers that require heavy maintenance or engine removals.

“On condition engines, like the HTF7000, are the future for business aviation,” said Marc McGowan, President of StandardAero Business Aviation.  “We are the world’s only OEM Authorized HTF7000 Heavy MRO provider and we are ready to provide any type of planned or unplanned aircraft engine maintenance for our customers – whenever and wherever they are across the globe.”

In March of this year, StandardAero was authorized by Honeywell Aerospace as the exclusive worldwide heavy maintenance provider for repair and overhaul services for the HTF7000 family of turbofan engines, powering Bombardier Challenger 300/350, Embraer Legacy 450/500, Gulfstream G280 and Cessna Citation Longitude business jets.
