The owners and operators of 4,100 Cessna Citations are invited to attend the 31st Citation Customer Conference in Wichita, Kansas, April 26-28. The conference will focus on technical and special workshop sessions for the owners and operators of the Citation model 750 (Citation X); Citation model 650 series (Citation III, VI, and VII); Citation model 560XL (Citation Excel); Citation model 560 series (Citation V, Ultra and Encore); Citation model 550/S550 series (Citation II, S/II, II SP, and Bravo); Citation model 525 series (CitationJet, CJ1, and CJ2); and Citation model 500 series (Citation 500, I, I/SP).

In addition to program updates for each model, the following special interest topics will be presented at the conference:

  • Stress and the Pilot:  Recognizing and
    dealing with stress more effectively.
  • Upcoming Avionics Mandates:  What avionics
regulations have and will occur, and status on Cessna's solutions for
    compliance.
  • EGPWS Workshop:  TAWS software modifications
and Runway Awareness & Advisory System applications.
  • Citation Sovereign Product Overview:
Discussing the various systems of the Citation Sovereign.
  • Tire Care and Maintenance:  How to get more
wear out of your aircraft's tires.
  • Sovereign Citation Diagnostic and
Maintenance System (CDMS) Operation: CDMS demonstration. CDMS gives
technician real time diagnostics on ground and in flight.

In an effort to cater to its European clientele, Cessna will also conduct maintenance and operations roundtable discussions at the annual EBACE Conference held in Geneva, Switzerland, from May 25-27. These discussions will address specific European operator requirements, as well as review the topics presented in April at the Wichita Citation Customer Conference.
