PURSUANT TO 14 CFR SECTION 91.145, MANAGEMENT OF AIRCRAFT OPERATIONS IN THE VICINITY OF AERIAL DEMONSTRATIONS AND MAJOR SPORTING EVENTS, AIRCRAFT FLIGHT OPERATIONS ARE PROHIBITED WITHIN A 5 NAUTICAL MILE RADIUS OF 291308N/0805939W (ORMOND BEACH /OMN/ VORTAC 129 DEGREE RADIAL AT 8 NAUTICAL MILES) AT AND BELOW 15,000 FEET AGL, UNLESS AUTHORIZED BY ATC.
