PMA Conference Announces Keynote Speaker David Doll

Consultant In Productions Systems Repair Environments

The Modification and Replacement Parts Association (MARPA) has lined up industry leader David Doll as a keynote speaker for the 2010 MARPA Conference in October.

Doll is a 40-year veteran in the field of maintenance design and operations management. He currently provides consulting services in operations analysis process re-engineering and market evaluation.

Doll has extensive experience in strategic planning, process improvement and project management. He pioneered the concept of high velocity production

This year's MARPA Conference will also feature several speakers addressing SMS concepts and implementation mechanisms, special FAA speakers who will address Part 21 and other regulatory changes, and other speakers that will present a number of topics of interest to the PMA community.

MARPA is the non-profit trade association that represents the aircraft parts manufacturing industry (PMA parts manufacturers). MARPA works closely with the FAA to help develop safety standards and tools that enable manufacturers to meet those safety standards. MARPA also serves on the FAA's Aviation Rulemaking Committee for SMS and has published a COS standard that is available for free to any PMA company. The MARPA Annual Conference will take place October 27-29, 2010 in Las Vegas.
