Performances are held past security checkpoints.

The Peterson Brothers Band from Bastrop will kick off the week on Monday, July 19. Brothers Glenn, 13, and Alex Peterson, 11, are two blues musicians that have set out to "Keep the Blues Alive."

On Tuesday, July 20, 15-year-old bassist and vocalist Livvy Bennett will bring her melodic rock to the airport stage. A sophomore at Westlake High School, Bennett is a member of Aftermath, an Austin band that won the first SchoolJam USA National Teen 'Battle of the Bands' contest January in Anaheim, Calif. At the event, Bennett was named "Best Bassist."

The Aviators return to ABIA on Wednesday, July 21. The classic rock group is made up of six students, age ten to thirteen, from the Natural Ear Music School. They got their name from their first ever gig, a performance at Austin-Bergstrom's "Kid Band Week" in 2008.

Dressed in cowboy boots, The Apple Trio is an all girl string trio that twist together folk, rock and roll and classical music. The group studied at the fine arts academy at McCallum High School. They will take to the stage Thursday, July 22.

The Fireants play Friday, July 23, with a sound that covers everything from roots to rock. The Fireants won "Best Teen Band" at the 2008-2009 Austin Music Awards.

The stage is located near Gate 10 in Ray Benson's Roadhouse. This is in the area of the airport past security checkpoints accessible to ticketed passengers only, currently an audience of approximately 23,000 passengers a day.
