Aviation's Most Comprehensive Video News Program Scores A Telly!
The ANN gig is a tireless one and is also one that doesn't have a whole lot of glory attached to it -- there's simply too much work to do, to notice such things.
Still; there are a few moments when we get a chance to see and know that we're on the right track. Recently; ANN's Airborne video news program, hosted by Kimberly Kay, supervised by Nathan Cremisino, and Executive Produced by Jim and Masako Campbell, won an international media award.
For the first time in the Aero-News Network's quarter century history (though this is the first year we were under consideration), the network brought home a Bronze People's Telly award for our Airborne Unlimited news program. The show was shortlisted by the judges, then the people got to vote for our show (which, since December is now streamed on Roku and FireTV). People from around the world cast their votes and chose our show for the win.
Established in 1979, the 42nd Annual Telly Awards Winners is reportedly the world's greatest honor for video and television content. In any given year, the Telly Awards received more than 12,000 entries from 50 US states and across 5 continents. Winners represent work done from around the world for YouTube content, advertising agencies, TV stations, and any format you'd see video, audio and great editing.
The awards are judged by the best of the best in the industry who have previously won the Telly Awards amongst them are winners from HBO, ESPN, Comcast, Microsoft and more. Winning a Telly Award demonstrates and proves to companies, potential clients and the people involved that their work is not only good but competitive. To all our fellow 42nd Annual Telly Awards Winners -- Congratulations!!!!
